We blend mozzarella, provolone, and cheddar cheese with broccoli and coat them in a golden batter.

DEEP FRYING:
Preheat cooking oil in fryer to 350 degrees F. Cook for 4 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
OVEN:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until brown. Turn midway after 5 minutes. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
